Arbitrator rules Toyota former attorney can use arguably privileged documents in litigation against Toyota

The ABA Journal.com is reporting that an arbitrator has ruled that a former in-house lawyer for Toyota may use documents that otherwise would be protected by attorney-client privilege because he has made a prima facie showing that a crime-fraud exception applies.
