Minnesota Supreme Court holds defendant is entitled to due process in the process of waiving right to counsel

This would seem to be obvious but here is a new case from the Minnesota Supreme Court holding that a defendant is entitled to (and in this particular case was denied) appropriate due process protections in the process of waiving the right to counsel.  The case is called Minnesota v.
