Above the Law is reporting that New Mexico attorney Stephen Aarons was held in contempt and fined $5,000 after filing an appellate brief containing “false testimony from wholly fabricated witnesses." This is a different type of "hallucination" which -- at least to my knowledge - had been limited to made up citations or quotes. You can read the story here.
