State does not have standing to challenge LSC Funding

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit decided Jan. 8 that the state of Oregon has no valid basis for asserting that federal restrictions on funding of the Legal Services Corp. unconstitutionally infringe on the state's ability to regulate the practice of law within its borders.
