How not to practice law: tell your divorce client's wife you want to go out with her

Here is yet another story of an attorney having (or trying to have) sex with a client's spouse. In this case, the Indiana Supreme Court suspended an attorney for 90 days. The attorney sent the client's wife a series of e-mails in which the attorney discussed the attorney's romantic interest in the wife. The court affirmed findings that the attorney had breached his duty of confidentiality and engaged in a conflict of interest.
