A new study by Professor Kathleen Ridolfi of Santa Clara University School of Law, who is also the Executive Director of the Northern California Innocence Project and Maurice Possley, Visiting Research Fellow of the Northern California Innocence Project and a Pulitzer Prize-winning Criminal Justice Journalist, concludes that California courts discipline fewer than 1% of prosecutors they find committed misconduct.
