Information, links, briefs and more on Connick v. Thompson

Last March I reported that the US Supreme Court has agreed to review Connick v. Thompson, a case in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit affirmed a $14 million award for a wrongful conviction in a murder case.
