Here is the most recent addition to our running list of examples of how NOT to practice law. This is one we have seen before and it should be pretty obvious... but it continues to happen. Some people are just that dumb. Here is the thing, as stated in the story on Law.com, "Ethics rules allow lawyers to take payment in different forms from their clients -- cash, check, credit card. The story involves an attorney who at one point in the past was suspended for 15 months for making unwanted sexual advances toward clients and is now under investigation for allegedly having offered to waive a client's fees in exchange for a nude massage.
