Now the Legal Profession blog is reporting a new case that brings up the same issue. In this case, the referee commented extensively on the attorney's lack of candor throughout the disciplinary proceeding. The referee found the attorney's testimony under oath at various times to be "deliberately evasive; inconsistent and contradictory; and false, incredible and impossible to believe." OUCH! That is not a good sign... Go
