New report highlights crisis of access to legal representation

A new report by the Legal Services Corp. (the nonprofit agency that receives and disburses congressional funding to legal aid organizations) finds that half the people who seek legal aid from LSC-funded programs are turned away, primarily because of a lack of resources.
